Use this procedure to redirect the company main fax number to another employee.

You will need to access for this procedure.

1) Login to RingCentral with our administrative extension.
See the KB article about this if you are unsure how to login.

2) Proceed to the Phone Numbers section of the account.

Make sure you are on the Admin Portal as indicated in yellow in the example below and then click on the Phone Numbers tab on the right.

3) Click on the Fax Number

Click on the Fax Number Hyperlink as indicated in green in the example below.

4) Click the Select Extension button and choose the extension you want the faxes to be redirected to.

5) Click Save after choosing the new extension.
